We manufacture carbon fiber auto accessories with 3D drawings in autoclave or mold compression process. It’s of ultra light weight and very high strength. It’s exceptionally stiff and thermally stable. Different shapes and dimensions could be customized.

While we receive 3D drawing from customers , thickness is normally 1mm-4mm , we will analyze the mold construction , based on drawing , customer’s requirement on tolerance and surface look request, then we make a decision on the manufacturing process.
