- Trimming : We need to trim the edges and excess materials with CNC machines or laser cutter to get a precise part ;
- Finishing : After above processes , we will sand the carbon fiber part’s surface , apply UV-Resistant clear coat with glossy or matte finish ;
- Quality inspection : Check the surface defects , test the strength of the parts and verify if the sizes are exactly the same as drawing .Then we can pack and ship out the parts to customers.
